Hi everyone Im new to this forum as Im looking to get info about my condition.
I have been diagnosed by an MRI to have three disc herniations at T12 L1, L4 L5 and L5 S1.
I am a warehouse worker for a grocery distributor and it happened at work. My job consisted of lifting 40000 pounds a day to meet goal.
Im awaiting a visit with a Neurosurgeon , I'm assuming to talk about my next treatment options.
I have some odd pains while walking up hill or while walking lots of steps and my lower spine feels unstable to me. Pains go from my buttock out to my hip. Some pains daily ,sometimes not. More often I have the numb outer toes and down my left leg. Really concerning are the times my entire groin goes numb after sitting.
Im 35 and fear I will no longer be able to do a manual labor job.
Any helpful advice on what to expect, look for advice would be appreciated.
