Help understanding MRI results

(I've already had a herniated disc L4-5 which caused drop foot in right leg. Currently experiencing lower back pain on left side, weakness and numbness in good leg and it gets cold occasionally. Left hip feels higher than right hip as well, though not sure that's related.)

Mild central canal stenosis at the T10-11 level due to a left paracentral disc bulge which abuts descending left T11 nerve root. Mild left paracentral disc protrusion at L4-5 which does not abut the descending L5 nerve root. Post operative changes within parasagittal right subcutaneous tissues of lower back at the L3-5 level which extend into right L4-5 facet joint. Increased T1 signal within the right L4-5 facet joint likely represents fat replacement due to scarring which also extends to the right L5 lamina. Mild desiccation of the L4-5 disc. Broad based bulge at T10-11 abuts the descending left T11 nerve root in the paracentral location.

Thanks for any help!
