Need advice. New scared. Can someone tell me the seriousness

My MRI came back. I am a 55 year old women who has had a lot of pain and balance issues. Does this read like surgery . I am so scared and there is no one to talk to or give me solid information. I would be very appreciative.

Severe bilateral neural foramina narrowing at C4-c-5, C5-C6 C6-C7 from ucinate process hypertrophy

Moderate to severe spinal canal narrowing at C5-C-6 from a combination of a 4 mm disc osteophte complex and ligament jam flavum hypertrophy . The thecal sac diameter at this level measures 5 mm

Moderate spinal canal narrowing at C-6-C-7from a 3 mm broad base central disk hernia tigon. The thecal sac diameter measures 7 mm

Abnormal signal within the T 2 vertebral body with vascular type structures within it, may represent a diffuse hemangioma. If the patient has history of a primary neoplasm or myeloma this may represent a metastic deposit. Clinical correlation is recommended. No pathological fracture is identified.

    No one on this forum is qualified nor allowed to give medical advice or help interpret MRI results. I'd make an appointment with your doctor to interpret your results with you
