20 yeats old and want my life back

Hi my name is Elizabeth and i am a 20 year old wife andother to two children. Afyer havong my first baby 2 yeats ago my back started hurting with numbness down right leg. After many trips to emergency room and no one Mr die to my she i was finally given a MRI which showed a herniated disc and degenerative disc disease at l5 s1 two years later and one child more my pain has gotten worse and a new MRI had showed that my l5 s1 has lost height due to severr degenerative disc disease and now my l4 and l3 are now showing signs of DDD sure to the stress that l5 had put on my back being so degenerative and herniated. I am currently taking hydrocodone 10mg and it doeant hwlp much I'm also taking neurotin and diclofnex. My passion often flares up to where i can't walk and I'm starting to have pain up my spine add well. I have also been told i have facet pain and bad vitamin d deficiency they think i need disc replacement but insurance won't covert someone please give me inside about what i have and why so young and what can i do about it

    Hey there. Like you, I started to have issues post pregnancy. I suspect the extra weight puts a tremendous amount of stress on the spine, especially if you have preexisting conditions, known or otherwise. Do you have a plan in place aside from med trials to help you get by? Raising small children when in constant pain does not sound fun at all. :(

  • I haven't heard about any med trials can you explain more? I just need options and i need to learn how to talk to my doctor more because she is great but i feel,like I'm getting worse and not much is being done
