weakness+loss of balance increasing

    Hi Rose,
That was a sign for me to consult my doctor, that is all I can say about it, just be careful in the meantime.
  • Not long ago I was quickly becoming weak and my balance was terrible. It can easily happen when one is in pain. This is why it's so important to continue doing PT exercises regularly to maintain your core strength. Speak to your doctor.

Aqua therapy is great for when you are really out of shape. It's gentler than exercising on land. You will find that with the right program your strength will come back as quick as it left.
