C5-C6 disc herniation cervical ESI help!

hey guys,

new to the forum. was dxed with a C5-c6 and c6-c7 disc herniation. went through the typical PT, oral steroids, accupuncture, chiro regimen before the ortho wanted me to try a steroid injection.
Had my first injection at C5-C6 a few weeks ago. the pain is a lot better but I'm getting a tingling sensation down my arm more frequently now. should I be more concerned? pain gone but tingling/numbness worse? is it even worth the 2nd injection. of course the pain doctor will say yes, try the 2nd one. but i'm not sure.

any thoughts would be helpful
