Hi. I am new to this forum and would appreciate some help. My MRI came back as "normal" but am in extreme pain. Please can someone help me to interpret the MRI results as I am not to sure what is going on. L3/4 a broad based posterior disc lesion consistent with protrusion without any evidence of canal or lateral recess stenosis. L4/5 a broad based disc lesion at this level consistent with protrusion, and then also facet joint ligamentum flavum hypertrophy. Some disk dehydration is seen. Only slight narrowing of the canal focally. The exit foraminae appear preserved.L5/S1 level disc. Mild posterior buldge with essentially patency of canal and exit foraminae noted. My neuro has told me to wait fir three months and I have tried Accupuncture and bio therapy. I am in an extreme amount if pain day and night while sleeping. Please can someone help. Thank you
