Hi all. Recently diagnosed and looking for more information.

Hello. I am new and I came to this forum because i have just been diagnosed with arthritis, DDD (in just one disc), and neural foraminal narrowing. I am 37 and have been experiencing back pain for about 7 years but it was periodic up until the past year where it has been constant and gradually worsening. I have barely begun this journey as far as the medical care goes and I am sure there will be a long road ahead. Nothing has given me any relief so far except for right after I had surgery for other things (not my back) I had about a 2 week break from the pain each time. I am sure it was the pain meds.

I am mainly here to learn more about these issues from others that have experience and as needed seek some support. I look forward to reading post and perhaps communicating with many of you all through posts.
