I have been plagued with lower back pain and have been given exercises by my therapists. They do seem to work wonders and I can tell if I slack off and not do them. I guess I carry a bunch of stress in my back and that is the issue with my back pain.

I can definitely tell the difference if I miss a day of physical therapy. I have been taking Sundays off as a break, but then I am crippled on Monday. It doesn't pass until I do my physio again. I'm not sure if I'm allowed to name specific exercises, so I won't just in case. But I have three go-to exercises that get things back to a better level.

No more days off for me!

    I *heart* my TENS unit.
