3.5 weeks after operation & have neck bump + uneven shoulders....

Hi everyone,
This is my first post hopefully I am doing this right.
Anyways I had my spinal fusion march 5 with 2 curves the most prominent one being 60 degrees going towards the right side. Obviously before the surgery I had uneven shoulders and my right shoulder blade would stick out farther than the left but this was resolved after the surgery... or so i thought. Around the second week of recovery my shoulder blade started to stick out again but my hips are still even. I was wondering if this has happened to anyone else and why?? It's slightly discouraging because I thought it would be gone like it was while I was at the hospital and the first few days I was at home. Also I noticed I now have a hump on my neck located at the top of my spine. I thought it was because of poor posture and maybe I was slouching like before the surgery but even after I adjust my posture it's still there. It looks similar to a "buffalo hump". I'm really confused because I never had this bump before my surgery. Has anyone else experienced these effects??? Is it simply part of the healing stage??
Thanks so much!! Any info is appreciated!! xxx
