Anyone had or know about having T12-L1 fused?

I am wondering if this is even possible given that this junction moves so much when we bend. If anyone has had it done I'd like to hear how it went. I haven't been offered surgery but I'm curious if it possible. Thanks.

33yo mom of two. My surgical history...preadolescence scoliosis, kyphosis, and a hot mess.... 5 spine surgeries and lots of items added I wasn't born with (titanium, peek, surgical steel). Guess cremation is out. TSA loves me.
