For the mods, forum for teens?

Just a thought- I've noticed there are some teenagers on the forum. I, & I'm sure everyone else, welcome them with open arms, but I was just thinking they might find a forum dedicated to teens helpful/comforting? While they can benefit tremendously from all the forums, I think they may have fears/concerns that we are way past.

Like, "prom is coming up, & my gf loves to dance, I'm afraid I won't be able to keep up with her", or "my mom cries all the time whenever I am in pain, I feel so guilty" or #1 on their list I'm sure "am I going to be like this the rest of my life?".

We as older (or "seasoned" as I like to think of us) can, & I'm sure will, jump in & offer advice (no medical of course!), comfort etc, but I just think they might find it helpful to have a place to go to talk about what's going on with them with others who are in the same age range.

Just a thought, to try & help our younger fellow Spiney's.
We can't always control the cards we are dealt in life, but we can control how we play the hand

  • I'm sure that Ron will take your suggestions and see what we can come up with.....no promises though. Usually before we start adding forums, we have to make sure that there is a "need" big enough to establish and warrant the changes to the software and programming.
