Had surgery 1/21/14.Could not use walker due to no upper body strength mostly from a brain tumor I had removed " 96" .Was in a wheelchair for 2 months .Went back to dr on 3/20/14 said don't lift more then 15 lbs.and use walker if you feel unsteady. I have minimal discomfort.I'm wondering about exercise I 've been walking on treadmill 1 hr at 2mph every day doing good then I bent down to pick something off floor and had 2 days of pain.Anyone tell me if they had PT after surgery? I'm thinking he should have sent me.
