lumbar fusion and leg pain

I underwent a multiple spinal fusion on Jan 17, which included fusions from L-5 S1 all the way to T-11.
From what I understand, it was a 6 or 7 level fusion with extensive hardware, etc.
It has been almost 3 months and I am worse now than before the surgery.
My back pain and right leg and foot pain are unbearable at times.
I have a morphine-fentanyl-baclofen pump which helps some, but it was implanted 3 years ago for my leg pain due to MS.
I take Oxycodone for the breakthrough pain which is all the time, and also take Diazepam and Neurontin for the muscle spasms in my back and leg, and also the electric pain in my right leg.
I am only somewhat comfortable when reclining in my bed or recliner. Standing and walking are extremely painful and I only do this with my walker or cane.
I would like to know if anyone has any suggestions; has anyone undergone this type of multiple fusion surgery and what was the long term result.
At this point, depression has set in and the meds are not working.
By the way, I do see a pain management doctor and also a neurologist and neurosurgeon; just to mention a few.
