New Jack- numbness/muscle weakness

Hello community,

I hope I am in the right place, and not to waste your time. I have been seeing a chiropractor to alleviate numbness in my fingers as well as pectoral/tricep weakness. I have been going for over a month with no change. He says pinched nerve and it's inflamed. I want to ask the members if there is something I should do or not do. I have full range of motion and am pain free. I am supposed to get a MRI soon.

Sorry if this redundant. I been looking all over the internet and nobody is pain free with this persistent numbness and muscle weakness. I can see a bit of atrophy. I need to pass physical standards for my job.
