Need advice on my constant neck and back pain

Recently, my neck and back pain is getting worse, and I am curious if someone can give me some recommendation?

Speaking about my background, I am mid 20s female, having a constant neck and back pain over past 5 years.
I think the main reason is due to sitting in front of the computer in bad posture for long period, and I did not really aware of it until I started to feel crazy pain. Based on some people's recommendation, I started to go to chiropractor over past 7 months, and in there, I get an adjustment, as well as massage. Actually, it (especially massage) makes me feel great for a day, or few hours, but after all, pain is back, and it constantly hurts me. I thought going to chiropractor constantly would help me, but honestly, I used to have a right shoulder pain but now, I feel pain everywhere in my body. I get more headache from neck tension, and low-mid back pain, and so many other thing.

Because I can't go and get a massage everyday, I am considering about getting a massage chair that I can get a massage more frequently, but at the same time, I would like to know if massage is the only solution I can feel better? Does decent price of massage chair would really help me? I am also considering visiting orthopedic or something, because when I read some article, it sounds slightly close to disc, but I am not so sure. Can anyone give me an advice of what I should do?
