This is for Dad

Hello all,

Created this account on behalf of my father. He was diagnosed with L5/S1 DDD with Foraminal Stenosis just a few months ago. We are still pretty shaken up and are in cross roads with recovery, but it's somewhat comforting to hear everyone else's experiences and know that we are not alone.

If one thing is for sure, I would not want to wish the type of pain and uncertainty my father has faced so far to anyone. The nerve pain has reduced him beyond belief. So, all those out there battling this, all the best and I guess I feel your pain.

We live in Sydney, Australia and autumn is setting in. Sadly, the cooler weather paired with the rain isn't exactly a good mix for Dad to recover. Anyway, I will be making posts later on here to seek some extra advice.

Have a happy day everyone.
