Ok guys I am really getting frustrated with this headache. I don't know what is wrong with me. So the headache stared back of the head on the left side of my head mid of February 2013. I have gotten 2 MRI done brain with contrast and cervical spine like few months back. Did a ct scan as well. Also got a doppler done aswell as echo of heart everything came back normal. Because of headache I have went to emergence room like 3 times in past one year they always give like high dosage codeine. Went to countless doctors. Ate lot of different medicines nothing is helping. So when it started the symptoms were like my left eye sight got weak. I felt like there was something inside my head on the back left side. My left ear started feeling clogged. One day I woke up I felt like my face was streched or something weird I can't describe it. The light started hurting my left eye whenever I use to wake up I always had my left eye closed. The light use to bother me a lot. Plus my body started twitching for no reason. It was very difficult to sleep had really bad left eye pain it felt like something is pulling from the back. We I use to wake up in middle of the night I felt my head jerking. I fell like blood was rushing toward by my brain. Plus I used to fell really dizzy and vertigo black out when I used to get up from the sofa or bed. My blood pressure was always low during that time period.I have spent almost $20k+ on just medical bills no health insurance . Willing to spend more but I want to figure out what's causing it. I was going to acupuncture for 3 times a week each session was $65 I been for like 5 month straight it didn't help at all. Then I stated upper cervical spine chiropractor for almost 4 months twice a week didn't help. Did lot of blood work done back in my country still doctors can't figure out. Went to ENT he did sinus cat scan and said it nothing major gave me some anti biotic and nasal steroids. Where ever I go they make their own related headache. Ent was telling me maybe sinus headache. Chiropractor was tell me bad posture and causing pain on spine which is causing the headache. Acupuncturist was telling me maybe because of my bowel movement I am having this weird headache. Neurologist was saying maybe tension headache. Other doctors saying maybe cevicogenic headache some said cluster headaches other said hemicrania continua. I asked someone on another forum they said it might be arthritis neuralgia. From February 2013 to April 2014 I didnt had a single day without this pain. Can some help me diagnose this pain a guide me to right doctor or something.

Thanks in advance
