Micro-discectomy and sitting

Hey people

As some of you may know, I have had micro-d surgeru on L5-S1 (10mm).
It has been 4 weeks since my surgery and I am doing fine BUT
Today I had to sit in college for too long, about 2 hours (non-stop),
So is it possible to re-herniate a disc from sitting too much?
I have felt some pain in my very upper part of glutes today

i'd recommend to stand up and walk for a couple of minutes every half an hour, and not to sit so long, especially that u're only 4 weeks post surgery.
surgeries require some care for 3 to 6 months. i'd recommend you taking very good care,of it.at least to fully recover.
