Surgical Clip over the Left Sacral ala

I had a laminectomy and foraminotomy and discsectomy me at L for L5. I have been in excruciating pain ever cents. It is now been 2 1/2 years since my last surgery which was the foraminotomy. I recently had an another MRI it states there is a small surgical clip over the left sacral. Should this surgical could be there? I'm just wondering because this is the exact area where I am in truck men this unbearable. I was also recently informed that I had a disc narrowing at L1 L2 L2 L3 L3 L4 and L5 S1. With a disc protrusion of 7 millimeters at L2 -L3. They have asked me to consider another surgery from L1 to S1. I need to really think a lot and pray on that. But in the meantime I'm just wondering if this surgical clip could be pressing, stabbing and causation of this pain as well. Looking for answers.
