Can cervical radiculopathy cause dizziness and vertigo ?

I was diagnosed with Cervical polyradiculopathy in March after a nerve conduction study test. Ever since mid-April, I have been constantly having a mixture dizziness, headaches and vertigo (sometimes). The headaches have now disappeared but the dizziness is there. I have trouble staying balanced while walking sometimes, but not always. Sometimes it worsens, but even when it is minimal, the dizzines is there, 24/7. It gets worse when i take the lift or the flat escalators made for trolleys and wheelchairs.

So can cervical radiculopathy cause this ? If so, is there a cure or a way to neutralise it ?
