Greetings from Southwest Florida/SWF

I like to think I live on the more sane coast of Florida but that's becoming less apparent as the years go by.

Moved from the Northeast to SWF permanently in '07 when it became obvious that cold was not my friend
I'll skip the ice and snow becasue that would be redundant.

My Story:

Spinal fusion in '89 L2-3-4
Still led an active life despite the osteo blah, blah blah

Accident in '04:
A classic example of no act of kindness goes unpunished resulting in:
Shattered hip and femur, hardware along with somehow disrupting lower lumbar region.
Chronolgy here is a bit off but please bear with me...
AS time progressed in '05-'06 it became insreasingly apparent that someting wasn't right.
Scheduled surgery in NYC but it wasn't shared withthe fact the same might only yield a 50% improvement, eight months of rehab and significant amount of hardware...I cancelled...
Hopped on the Epidural train in '08/'09 (120 day cycles) but that effectiveness ceased in Janaury '14...Celebrex seemed to work in that stanza along with OTC meds...
'11 establsihed that C-6-7 was herniated and budlging.. Hadn't been that high previously but physical activity must had no doubt done the trick.
New Pain cycles down the right leg form the hip on 2/'14 to the Achilles tendon were attention getting to say the least....Treating wth Hydocodone and Gababpentin at four hour intervals
MRI revealed zilch on 3/'14
CT/Myeolgram of 5/08/14 awaiting read and notification....
