Sports injury in C7-T1 area

Hi Friends,
I dont know how to Introduce me on such a forum, I am a office going guy but amature sports person. Last week fallen on my back during a Badmintton match. MRI reveles I have some "Broad based left paracentral and foraminal disc bulge is seen at C7-D1 causing mild narrowing of left neural foramina ... what should I do,
As the doctor advised me to have a bedrest for 30 staight days.
I m not rich enough to be in bed for such a long time.

If somebody have some alternative theraphy or advise kindly let me know, i will mail my MRI reports.
