Could sacroiliitis pain cause pressure pain in my palate?

My recent doctor visit was for lower back pain and palate pain. I was diagnosed with sacroiliitis for the back pain and the doctor didn't have any diagnosis for my palate pain. When I keep off my feet for a couple of days the palate pain subsides and so does the back pain. When I go for walks the palate pain comes back and especially if I walk uphill the palate pressure is excruciating. A week before my doctor appt. I went for a walk and the palate pressure was very painful and I noticed a small blister (bump) forming on my soft palate with each step I took. By the time I reached my car the bump burst and caused a tiny hole in my palate but has since healed.
My doctor appt. was a week ago, I have been doing the SI exercises each day and trying to stay off of my feet. Today my SI pain is severe and even with sitting can be so uncomfortable. The interesting part is my palate pressure is severe today, too, and has caused another blister that bursted and left a tiny hole.
One more note: 4 years ago I had SI pain and today I looked through my notes from 2010. I was so amazed that I mentioned strong palate pain throughout my notes.
Has anyone heard of this?
