Housekeeping - Some clean up time

I've been pouring over the forums and looking at threads that have never been posted to or threads that are basically stand alone items.

I guess in a way this is about spring cleaning with a bad spine---cleaning up the spine health forums, it is spring and Ron your spine is bad. Happy cleaning, Ron & when you are finished here, you can come and help me clean some blinds ;-)

Question : How do you eat an elephant?
Answer : One bite at a time.

It's the best way to deal with so many daunting things in life...just one little 'bite' at a time.

    Happy snacking Ron. ;-)
