Crunching sound in lower back

Two nights ago I rolled over in bed and had an awful crunching sound. Has anyone had this? I have had increased pain since the event.
I already have three Herniated discs. Could one have herniated again?

this scares me...

  • There is no way for anyone to guess what the sound may have been........the only way to find out is to see your doctor. It may just have been a sound, and nothing more, or it may be something to see your doctor about. Are you experiencing any other or new symptoms?
