Help with pain please

Hello all.
I am new to this forum but I have been searching for an answer to my lower back pain. I started getting severe pain while pregnant with my 2 year old. I would get really bad pain in my coccyx area when lying down and if my back was touched then, it felt like electric shocks tearing through my back.
I have recently had an x-ray which did show a problem with my S1, but my doctor really is no help, just drew me a diagram of what my spine kind of looks like. I still get really bad pain in my lower back, something clicks in the bottom of my back if I rock side to side, im also in agony if I sit or stand in one position for more than 5 minutes and after walking about 200/300 yards im also in alot of pain.

Lately as well, I have been having pain and tightness in my legs.

Would anyone have any ideas? The diagram the docter drew was as if I was looking down on the spine, theres a gap between the bridges at the back of the spine. Hope that helps as dont know how to attach pictures.

Thank you in advance.
