Spinal pain between shoulder blades.

Yesterday, I went swimming. Just casual, not professional. Since then, I've had a pain
in my spine. It's not severe, though it worries me, because I had my fiancee inspect it,
and there seems to be a slight protrusion where the pain is coming from. I checked her
spine (since she was not in pain) and felt no sort of protrusion in the area that I'm feeling
the discomfort. It's beginning to affect my ability to work properly, making it painful to
tip-toe, to look over the hot bar. (I work in a deli). It feels immensely better, almost
entirely gone, when I lay down flat, whether it be on my back or my chest. I'm a little
worried, especially with the protrusion. I just wanted to get some help from you guys,
since I viewed alot of the forums, and there seems to be very good and informative
answers. So please, I hope someone responds soon. I don't know how much more of this
I can honestly take. It's not severe, and rapidly onset. (Literally overnight) but it is very
uncomfortable and sometimes actually causes me to wince from the pain.
