about 4 years ago I developed back and buttock pain.after years and years of the same doctor telling me it was my back and constant injections and physical therapythere are no improvements. I thought out another doctor an orthopedicwho this time had an MRI done of my pelvic areaany found out that I have severe osteoarthritisof my SI joint.. The problem is I'm only 30 years oldhe referred me to a neurosurgeon who does an appointment for another month he said this is the worst osteoarthritis that he's ever seen for someone under 60 he did a injection to pin point the problem little relief was felt but it's decently the source of the pain. What are some treatments for this issue and is a neurosurgeon w ho I should be seeing
