Simply yoga moves that focus on the back have worked for me in the past but the best thing that i have ever used to exercise my back to relieve pain is the Freedom Glider. Its an awesome little workout machine that has worked wonders for me. check it out, hope it helps.

  • I wouldn't buy any equipment unless a spine specialist recommends it. You can always do more harm than good. Have you ever tried physical therapy? The best thing is to have a therapist look at all of your diagnostic test results & develop a routine that takes into account everything that's wrong with your spine. If that's not an option the exercises here are very standard from my experience.
