Advanced DDD in the neck

I have advanced DDD at C2-3, C4-5, C5-6. moderate DDD is also present at the remaining levels examined. Moderately severe facet arthritis is present throughout the spine. The bones are osteopenic. I have osteoporosis. There is 1-2 mm anterolisthesis of C3 ON C4 AND 2-3 anterolisthesis of C6 on C7. Neural foraminal narrowing is noted at C3-4. C4-5 and C5-6. on the right side. This is mild in degree. The left sided foramina appears grossly patent. Due to facet arthritis. Anyway I am in severe pain at lot and have to take dilaudid, 3mls a day. Not much but it takes the edge off the pain. Absolutely no lifting or bending. Has anyone here got this in all the disks, what can I do? What can be done. The prognosis/ Thanks Darlene
