L4/L5 Laminotomy, Microdiscectomy Post Surgery Pain

I am new to this forum and have never posted on here before. I had surgery roughly 3 months ago on March 6th 2014 to treat an L4/L5 herniated disc injury i had suffered from weightlifting in November, I turned 20 in December 2013. I had terrible sciatica pain prior to the surgery and when I got my MRI results from the doctor, surgery was the only for sure way to treat my pain. A day out of the hospital I was walking everywhere, though with slight discomfort of course. As the first two months passed by I was slowly but surely progressing and getting healthy again. About a month ago this new sciatica like pain started showing up randomly throughout the day and has gradually become worse over the past month, though it is nothing like the pain I use to have. However, my pain is the opposite leg from beforehand, and the only area I feel it in is the foot, that's it. I did PT and have not done anything my doctor did not recommend, though this is really starting to worry me. Is there anyone with a similar experience? It's so frustrating being that I'm only 20 and was very active prior to this lingering injury.
