Hi, i was wondering if anyone could help me out my lower/mid back feels compressed after i fell on my bottom a few months ago and the pain has started getting worse when im getting up from chairs and such. my dad has been cracking it for me and it only provides temporary relief. if i support myself by holding my hands on the back of a chair and taking the pressure of my back it starts to "release" although it feels like it needs to decompress more. after this it gets stuck and feels like it needs to pop.
if anyone could help it would be great its worrying me that i cant run or do any of the activities i used to be able to and im only 14
