if mri shows nothing?

I'm new here. I'm 31 and have 4 daughters. I was in an mva on 5-16-14. I was a passenger in a pick up that got rear ended. Have had pain in the lower right of my back, my left hip and butt cheek and constants down the back of my right leg. Sometimes all the way in my foot. I've been given lortabs, flexeril, tramadol, and 600mg ibuprofen.
The only one gives me any relief at all is the lortab. Flexeril just makes me feel drunk. The tramadol gives me violent nightmares so I wake up every 15 minutes screaming! A for the ibuprofen even if they did help with pain that are too dang big too swallow! Two things are bothering me..1. I've only got 1 and a half lortabs left! And 2. What happens if they can't find anything wrong on my MRI??? I want to feel like me again!!
