Drooping right foot & lower back pain? Hip?

Hi all - apologies for the large picture :)

Can anyone please tell me why my right foot droops when I am sitting/lying in a natural position like this?

I am 43, have had 6 pregnancies, and have suffered lower back pain/strain for the past 20 years or so without much resolution.

I had a major back spasm 6 months ago which rendered me unable to move for over a week. Now my physio tells me that I am just "tight" however I think there is more to the story!

I get left sided lower back pain, numbness in both legs front and back, and walk with a waddle as my back is twisted! I am at my wits end with taking medication and being in pain.

As many of you know back pain is debilitating and I am over it!!!

If anyone can provide any information that would be great. I remember having had this right foot droop for most of my life... is is something to do with my hips? I have not had imaging done for a very long time :)

Thanks in advance, Mel.
