I have been hitting gym for last two years and around one month ago I started experiencing pain in upper spinal cord while lifting weight. The pain is not so severe that can affect my daily activities but I feel pain while I touch near upper spinal cord with fingers. It pains while lifting weight. So, I stopped hitting gym for 20 days. But, still the pain persists. Further, when I move my right arm in particular way I hear clicking sound from right shoulder blades.
Please help me.
