ACDF with a cadaver bone/plate or an implant?

Hello, my first post in the forum!

Recently i've been diagnosed with severe cervical stenosis at C5-6, and i'm showing mild myelopathy. I also have some disk degeneration at C4-5 and C6-7, but those are not an immediate concern just yet (or so i'm told).

So far i've seen a local ortho and two neurosurgeons in Baltimore (I live fairly close). All three recommended the ADCF surgery, and sooner then later. My ortho suggested a single level fusion using the implant with screws. The neurosurgeons chose a two level fusion (C4-5 and C-5-6) with cadaver bone and plates.

I'd like to hear your thoughts on implants vs. plate method.
Also if anyone could share their own experiences with hospitals in/around Baltimore please message me. Any advice is helpful.

Once again, thank you for your thoughts.
