RFA - 6/30

I'm hoping I am posting in the right forum. I am scheduled for a RFA on 6/30 and honestly don't know what to expect.

Just to provide some history, I have had three back surgeries and still suffer from extreme spasms. I have also had several injections which have given temporary relief. Problem is I have had 4 injections this year which is the maximum so I'm moving on to the RfA. Can someone tell me if I need to take off of work to heal properly. I am an Executive Assistant so I am sitting 90% of the say. Can someone also share what to expect during procedure? Just trying to get mentally prepared. Thanks in advance
