body snatcher- joint pain slowly taking over every joint

About 4 years ago I started having SI pain. Finally it got bad enough I went to the doc. She said it was because I was stressed and missed my mother...I promptly got a new doc. I was sent to pt, for 9 months, little to no improvement. During this time (about 2 years ago) I started having hip pain and pressure. They pop loudly and shift in the socket. CT shows labral tear. They attempt to send me for more pt but I'm a full time college student with a job so I can't afford to have my time wasted. About 8 months ago my knees start to hurt when I go up the stairs. When I bend them it sounds like tearing fabric. Xrays show my platela is rubbing on my femur.

Docs are refusing to entertain the idea that these are related, but there was no injury, just gradual onset of all 5 joints. I have a family history of autoimmune disorders. Has anyone else had experience with/ know of, a condition that causes this sort of radiating joint dysfunction?

thanks for the help,
