L4-5 posterior annular fission with posterior central disc protrusion and central canal narrowing. L5-S1 posterior central disc protrusion indents into the thecal sac and closely approximates bilateral S1 nerve root.

I've been a scout in the Army for 7 years now, its a pretty physical job but from what I can translate I don't think I should be feeling the pain I'm having. What do you think? Thanks

I just realized I should of probably posted this in the lower back pain forum
