Sacral Dome Osteotomy and a 5-level fusion

Hi everyone! I'm new to this board and have been reading it for the past two weeks or so. I see that a lot of people have fusions, but has anyone had a sacral dome osteotomy? It's a fairly new procedure, involving shaving the top of the sacrum. That bone harvested from my sacrum will be used to fuse L-3 to my pelvis.

All this is to fix my grade 4-5 Spondylolisthesis. Surgery is on July 8, and it's my first surgery ever. I'd love to hear if anyone else has had this procedure done.
