goose bumps one leg , hair loss one side , fuild like sound in base of skull

I am 27 yrs old no kids no major sugeries or illnesses. I have been having alaming freak medical symptoms the last 6 months or so.I made an appt with my doctor told him all my symptoms and he said he would need to take blood work before giving me a refferal to a specialist. A week later I went back he said my blood work was fine and that I didnt need to see another doctor and my symptoms are most likely stress.I am very scared and confused now. Here are my symptoms. One of my problems is my right leg keeps on getting goose bumps every 20 minutes or so. It lasts for about 30 seconds and you can visually see goosebumps on my right leg! they come and go and i have been experiancing this off and on for the last 6 months. I also noticed a slight change is speech latley nothing dramatic just sayong words backwards and small errors . I usually never have a problem with me speech and this has been happening a few times a month and seems to last for a few hours then the next day no speech problems.so i will go from talking normal to al the sudden having like 20 speech errors in one night.its so random and emmbarrasing. over the last year i get these odd fluid rushing sounds in the back of my head. sounds like rushing water moving up my skull from the base of my neck that is painless and last about 3 seconds. This happens 2-3 times a week to me, It started out just happening once a month to gradually having more wierd sound episodes. I have no idea what it is mabey brain fluid leaking or spinal cord fluid doing something?? I occasional have tremmors in my arm where i cant grip or grab things and my arm will randomly start to shake when I reach to grab something. this only happens once or twice month as of late. I also have had digestive problems since late teens and produce a yellow mucus when passing stools.I am never consistant with my bowl movement s and will go from 5 days od constipation to 2 weeks of diahreah ect.. I take probiotics and was turned down for a colonoscopy by my crappy state insurance so have never been able to seek help fo that either.its never normal. Also I have been having dramatic hairloss only on the right side of my head. my hair is now 3 almost 4 inches shorter on the right and dramatically thinner.I havent got a hair cut so I could show my doctor but he said my based on my blood work my thyroid is fine so it must be stress that is causing hair loss on one side, Its very fustratiing.
short list of symptoms
goose bumps only on right side of leg randomly- speech change- arm/hand tremors irregular bowl syptoms- hair loss only on right side- fluid sound in base of neck-spinal cord
can anyone give me an opinion on what is causing me to have these symptoms? I feel like I may have ms or a brain/nero disease and am worried my doctor is over looking me and not taking my symptoms serious.
