I have had neck pain , muscle spasms, limited range of motion for about 3 months. Im a 14 year old male. My symptoms are neck pain stiffness, lower back pain, headaches. some reasons this pain may have occurred: I have a vertebrae fusion at c2 - c3, poor posture, and low vitamin D. Treatments and medication I have tried: Massage therapy, physical therapy, acupuncture, baclofen, valium, prednisone, steroid injections. None gave me any relief except valium but very little. Any advice would be appreciated. the doctor also said he doesn't think it is torticollis. im very scared so any advice is helpful. thanks, preston. ALSO sorry if this isn't were you are supposed to post questions I just made an account so im new to this site. I also had an MRI of cervical spine and head and both came back normal.
