right should blade pain

I need help! I have gone to doctor after doctor. Nobody knows what is wrong with me. I am a 54 year old female. I am over weight about 25 pds. I have had dizziness, nausea and right shoulder blade pain with numbness for over 6 months. I started out going to a ENT because I was so dizzy. He did testing and said I have vertigo then he sent me to a balance specialist. I did pt for three months. It helped some. Then I left to go Florida for three months and it went away. Now I am back in Indy and it is back. Except now it is worse. Because the pain in my back/shoulder blade is terrible. Someone told me to check for mold. I did have mold in my crawl space and it was taken care of and is gone. But I am still sick. So in the meantime I went to a holistic doctor. She ran blood work to look for mold poisoning or allergies. It came back with nothing. Through all this my pain has gotten worse. Then I went to OBGYN found out I am in menopause. She said I was going through the change and gave me medicine. I started taking it 7 days ago and nothing is better so far. I went to the emergency room three times in the last three weeks. But, found nothing. But they did refer me to a heart specialist. They did a stress test and now I am waiting for the results. I have no gall bladder but I have had friends say maybe it a gall stones stuck in a duct. But, nobody thinks that is it. They did do x rays in the emergency and nothing. But no CT scan yet. It does seem to be worse after I eat. The foggy/nausea feeling is very intense almost feel like throwing up and passing out but I never do. I also have a very bad memory with this. Any good advise? I am so over this?? Julie
