zing down leg

Hi, I am 23 and have arthritis and ddd in my lower back. I do crack my back, a lot! I will get all jammed up, and the only way to relieve the pain is to lay down on my side, pull a leg over and twist gently. Nothing crazy. More and more frequently as I crack my lower back I am getting a crazy zing down, what really seems to by my nerve. Its doesn't hurt. Just an odd sensation. It tingles for a little after. Anyone else get this? I hope it isn't a bad thing. Because honestly, it feels awesome after! Like my pinched nerve has been released from its kidnapper. No leg throbs for a while, I will take it!
