I've been experiencing this for several months, whenever I walk, at first I can only feel my back click, lower back specifically, then, the next thing I knew is that, other people can already hear the click sound, if I'm with a friend, they would hear it, I'm getting worried about this thing.

Do you have pain from it?
    Progressive DDD

  • My back often clicks in my lower spine ..but that's to do with my diagnosed arthritis ..
The only way you will find out what is causing your clicking in your back is by seeing a Spinal Doc and getting an X-ray or MRI scan...
If your not getting any pain then I wouldn't worry to much ...
