whiplash / Nerve pain both arms

Greetings All, Im glad I found this websiteRotate health.
I hinjections and said cart accident on the job during a company outing in 2008.
Labor and Industries picked up the claim.Had burning in Left arm
but no real neck pain.Had a few epidurals and claim closed.Had to reopen claim in November of 2013
as pain spread to right arm. Phsiatrist gave me 3 trigger point injections and not candidate for epidural
or Neurotomy....I take vicoden and tramadol gabapenten for pain...I have 2nd oppinion from well resprcted Physiatrist.
Im in vocational training thru labor and ind taking paralegal certs but was taken out of classes last quarter due to nerve arm neck pain
From usage of computer..Regular doctor says no way to go back to training due to chronic issues.Im 52 my wife works for Attorney firm
And they specialize in lab and ind claims...Havent got Attorney yet but they myself and wife eventually may go to pension board...34 years in
The Janitorial field Carpal tunnel surgery Rotator cuff surgery plus neck arm issues...Any thoughts on treatment or additional ideas much appreciated.
