Bulging disc at c5-6

Hey everyone... Looking for advice.... I have been experiencing weakness in my arms and numbness in my thumbs for over 2 years now... Finally went to a neurologist to rule out MS and instead found out that I have a bulging disc at c5-6.... The neurologist was only concerned with ruling out the MS but never addressed the bulging disc that showed up on my MRI... After a little research, my symptoms are directly related to this bulging disc... Just wondering where to turn from here... My discomfort is intermittent but has been going on for 2 years now...what should I do next?
