extreme neck pain with bone spurs

Hi! I am a CNA and I have been for 11 yrs. I have degenerative discs in C-5, C-6,-C-7 with bone spurs in each one and
I have extreme pain in my neck and upper shoulders. I have had leg numbness for about 7 yrs. and I have been in pain for about 14 yrs. and extreme pain for 6-7 yrs. I was abused in every way for 7 yrs.; choked for 1 yr. pretty much every day. I wake up in pain and go to bed in pain. I have been on pain pills for about 10 yrs.; of course increasing here and there. I have had c-t scans, x-rays, MRI's along with physical therapy, and Botox. I go to a neurologist, pain management along with my primary doctor. I am 43 and I take a lot of meds. I don't have a support system, I have my husband but he didn't grow up in a affectionate home so I don't get the comfort that I need. I'm trying to get my husband to understand what I'm going through but I don't know how. He sees me every day in pain bed ridden on my heating pad but he doesn't seem to get it. Any ideas maybe I can try???
Please help!!!!
Thank you,
