hi, i am 47 and just been diagnosed with a limb length discrepancy. i have had pain in my knee for over ten years and thought it was arthritis, i would occasionally get hip pain and have suffered with back pain for 5 years. I'm getting a heel lift made from my doctors it helps a little but doesn't stop my pain. this last year i suffered terribly with hip pain where i could hardly walk but it has eased a little. i am also attending physio but not sure it helps i always suffer with sciatica the next day. my doctor says my back curves at the end of my spine and i am suffering more and more with back problems. will i always suffer or is there something that can be done. my doctor says they can't do anything.
